June 10 - Lazy day
Today was a lazy day. As no cell service and wifi at the campground, I needed some down time to book some stuff.
Found a great dog park and Lu made a new little friend...
Like little....8 week old little pitti....
They had a great time and then back into town. Just like most towns outside of a National Park...there's a bear thing going on. We didn't stay long....little walking...late lunch and back to the trailer.

Second night of firefly watching was even better than the first. We saw some Blue Ghost fireflies....the males stay lit for up to a minute and glow a soft blue colour...there are not many in this area as they are mostly in the Asheville forests so I was super excited to see them.
On our way back I had a firefly on my hand for the longest time....he just kept walking and blinking and walking....💗
I never like to say that I won't see them again here in the Great Smokey Mountains... so till next time....
